Transportation
Chimi Lhakhang is located near Punakha. From Punakha town, you can hire a taxi to the village of Pana, where the trail to the temple begins. The walk from Pana to the temple takes about 20-30 minutes through rice paddies. Buses connect Punakha with other major towns in Bhutan. From the bus station in Punakha, you can take a taxi to Pana.
